Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, before dispatch is initiated. To cancel, go to My Orders in your account and select Cancel Order, or contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales on Thriftify are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Because every item is pre-loved and one-of-a-kind, we cannot restock returned items. Please review listings carefully — we provide detailed photography and honest condition grading for every item.

What if my item is different from the listing?

If an item you receive is materially misrepresented — meaning it differs significantly from its listing in authenticity, condition, or size — contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or our contact page with your order number and clear photographs. Our team will review your case within 1–2 business days.

What does 'All Sales Final' mean for authenticated items?

Every item on Thriftify is physically inspected and authenticated before listing. We verify brand authenticity, accurate condition grading, and accurate photography. Because of this rigorous process, all sales are final — you can buy with confidence knowing the item has been verified.

How long does shipping take?

Standard Delivery takes 3–5 business days across most of Pakistan. Express Delivery takes 1–2 business days. Orders to major cities like Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad are typically delivered within 1–3 business days.

Is there free shipping?

Yes — orders over Rs. 6,999 qualify for free Standard Delivery anywhere in Pakistan. Below that, delivery is charged per pair — Rs. 300 per pair for Standard Delivery, and Rs. 500 per pair for Express Delivery (24hr) — since every pair ships as its own parcel.

Every item listed on Thriftify is inspected by our in-house authentication team before it's published. We verify brand, condition, and authenticity against known counterfeiting markers. Items that don't pass are rejected.
