Terms of Service

Thriftify sells pre-loved and new branded shoes. Most items are secondhand and individually graded (Premium+, Premium, Excellent, or Very Good). Listing photos and condition notes reflect the actual item as closely as possible, but minor variations in wear are expected on pre-loved footwear.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is out of stock or pricing was listed in error). We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa. Prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We ship across Pakistan through our courier partners. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary by location. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery under our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site's security or functionality
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order or payment information
• Scrape, reproduce, or resell content from the site without permission

All site content — including text, graphics, logos, and photography — belongs to Thriftify or its licensors. Brand names and trademarks shown on product listings belong to their respective owners; Thriftify is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands.

To the extent permitted by law, Thriftify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
